How to make Bath soap ?

Many people face skin problem due to chemical soap and harsh perfumes etc. You can make bath soap at home without much tension and less cost. Nowadays the competition in toilet soap market is booming. Each and every multinational company says their product is good and gives better quality. Some say they have added natural ingredients into it for more whitening and smoothing skin.

     Anybody ever thought that can a soap change the complexion?

    The answer is very familiar, No soap can increase beauty but can damage our skin. So what we need is to protect our skin from chemicals, UV rays, dirt, and smoke. Everybody can soap with easy methods. All ingredients are easily available in the market, what do you need is love towards your skin and passion about natural products. 

     The below-mentioned method can be used both home and small industrial purpose.

You need to have- 

1) Caustic soda    170g
     water               400ml
2) Coconut Oil     1000g
    Paraffin Wax    10g
    Talcum Powder       (Optional)       200g (for industrial purpose only)

3)  Colour (if needed) 1g
4)  Perfume /
     essential oil       20ml

Preparation: -

1) Mix Caustic soda and Water and keep it for 24 hours OR until it will come up to room temperature. While mixing,  heat and fume will come so take precaution like to use a mask and wear gloves. 

2) Heat the coconut oil an paraffin wax together and melt the wax properly, add talcum powder which is not a necessary item, It will not harm you but not at all give any benefit. Actually, talcum powder is a stone powder.  If you need more pieces of soap at a low cost then you can add this one. Add color as you needed. if you want to make white soap then no need to add color. If you need turmeric powder or other ayurvedic ingredients then add that at time of heating the coconut oil.

3) Mix the caustic soda mixture to heated coconut oil mix. Use a large spatula to mix it. Avoid to contact with eyes and hands, if you touched with hands wash immediately otherwise the skin will burn. mix well until it looks like creamy. Then add Perfume and pour into a mold OR a tray. If you are using tray then apply a plastic sheet or butter paper over the tray.

It will take 2 to 3 hours to set. after the prescribed time cut the soap in appropriate shape and sizes. For sale purpose, you can use hand stamping with dye.

you can use it on the next day of its preparation.
